-Theoretical introduction to Hatha Yoga;
-Recitation of Vedic mantra with explanation of their meaning;
-Practice of Asana (beginner and intermediate group);
-Practice of traditional breathing exercises (Pranayama);
-Simple exercises of Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation) combined with mudra (symbolic or ritual gestures).
This two days, dedicated to Hatha Yoga, are preparatory to the third one devoted to Kundalini Yoga.
-Recitation of Vedic mantra with explanation of their meaning;
-Theoretical explanation of the chakras (energy centers of the subtle body) and Kundalini energy also called “serpent power”;
-Practice of Asana (beginner and intermediate group), traditional breathing exercises and mudra to stimulate adequately Kundalini energy
-Simple exercises of Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation) combined with mudra (symbolic or ritual gestures).
-First level of Pranic Healing;
-Basic knowledge of the techniques for self-treatment and other people treatment (even by distance);
-Achievement of sensitivity and prana in the hands;
-Achievement of ability to check the aura (outer aura, health aura and inner aura);
-Ability to clean and energize affected organs;
-Ability to check the energized aura after Pranayama practices.
-Teachings about ayurvedic massages treatments;
-Teachings about Shirodara treatments;
-Teachings about ayurvedic medicine and leaves massages
In the fees mentioned below are included the book Yoga based on authentic Indian traditions (250 p., 15,5 euro; 10 euro for the participants to the event), considered an essential didactical tool and the full lodging with four different options:
-on camping: 516 euros;
-in dormitory: 528,50 euros;
-in double room or gypsy caravan: 553,50 euros per person -in single room: 553,50 euros
